1. What data we collect

ShowGo.uz processes only the data required to sell tickets and run the service:

• contact details you provide yourself: first name, last name, phone number, email address;
• order data: the events and sessions you chose, the number and categories of tickets, purchase and refund history;
• technical data sent by the browser or the app: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, date and time of the request, the pages of the site you viewed;
• cookies and session identifiers required for sign-in, the shopping basket and anonymised visit statistics.

ShowGo.uz does not store full bank card details. Payment is processed by payment systems and acquiring banks: card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are not passed on to showgo.uz.

2. Purposes of data processing

• issuing, paying for and delivering e-tickets;
• identifying the user in their account and restoring access to it;
• informing you about order status and about changes, postponements or cancellations of an event;
• handling support requests and refund applications;
• meeting the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including tax and accounting rules;
• improving the website and analysing anonymised traffic statistics;
• sending news and event listings — only with your separate consent to subscribe.

3. Sharing data with third parties

ShowGo.uz does not sell or pass on personal data to third parties, except where this is needed to fulfil an order or required by law. Data may be shared with:

• event organisers — to the extent needed for admission to the event and ticket verification;
• payment systems and banks — to process payments and refunds;
• telecom operators and email services — to deliver the ticket and order notifications;
• state authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan — upon a reasoned request in the manner established by law.

4. Storing and protecting data

Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan require. Data transfer between your device and the site is protected by encryption, and inside the company only employees who need it for their duties have access to the data. ShowGo.uz takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember the chosen language, keep the contents of the basket, maintain the signed-in session and collect anonymised visit statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but in that case some site features — including placing an order and signing in to your account — may not work correctly.

6. User rights

• to be informed about which of your data is processed and for what purpose;
• to request that inaccurate data be clarified or corrected;
• to withdraw consent to data processing and request its deletion, where retention is not required by law;
• to unsubscribe from mailings using the link in the email or by contacting support.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support on the showgo.uz website. A reply will be sent within the time limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

ShowGo.uz may make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are published, you accept the updated version of the Policy. This Policy applies together with the public offer and the terms of use of the site.
