The main ticketing service in Uzbekistan

Tickets for the country's biggest events

ShowGo is the number one ticketing operator in Uzbekistan. We sell tickets for the country's biggest concerts, shows and performances, work with its leading promoters and venues, and take on the whole ticketing side of an event — from the first day of sales to the moment a guest walks into the hall.

A concert stage with lighting rigs, a screen, an audience in the hall and an e-ticket

Tours and premieres

Stadium shows, visiting international artists, festivals and theatre premieres all go on sale through ShowGo.

Promoters keep coming back

The country's leading venues and promoters work with us season after season, not just once.

Built on our own technology

Everything runs on software we build ourselves: the box office, the seating maps and the scanner at the door.

A purchase takes minutes

Pick a seat, pay by card and get a ticket with a QR code — all from a phone, without leaving home.

Infrastructure

One service behind Uzbekistan's biggest events

The areas ShowGo takes over for the promoter once the ticketing side of an event moves to us.

Online ticket sales

A ticket takes a few minutes to buy: seating map, card payment and a QR code that lands in the app straight away.

Entry to the hall

Staff scan the ticket at the door, the same code cannot be used twice, and attendance is counted automatically.

Event reporting

Sales by day, by price category and by channel are visible to the promoter in the dashboard at any time.

Announcements and promotion

The event goes into our listings and turns up in curated selections, newsletters and paid placements.

A project manager

Every promoter has a named contact on our side who helps build the event and get it to the sales launch.

Seating maps

Blocks and price categories are set up once, after which the hall can be attached to a new date in minutes.

How we work

How an event goes on sale

The working cycle we follow when launching and running an event together with the promoter.

  1. 01

    We agree the event

We discuss dates, venue, prices and seat categories, then set the event up in the system.

  2. 02

    We open sales

The event appears on showgo.uz and in the app, and the announcement goes out through listings and ad channels.

  3. 03

    We run the box office

We watch the sales curve, release extra seats when needed, adjust prices and run promotions.

  4. 04

    We welcome the guests

On the day, entry runs through our scanner, and the promoter receives a final attendance report.

Mobile app

An app for people going to events

The whole trip to a concert — in one app

The ShowGo app is listings, box office and ticket wallet in one. There is no need to dig through email or chats: the ticket sits in the app and opens with a single tap.

  • Listings for what's coming upConcerts, shows and theatre are gathered in one feed with filters.
  • Everything before you payProgramme, venue, age rating and house rules are all on the event page.
  • Choice of date and seatWhen there are several dates, the date and block are chosen right in the app.
  • Card paymentThe purchase goes through online and confirmation arrives as soon as payment clears.
  • Tickets always with youEvery purchase sits in one list and stays available after the event.
  • Entry straight from the screenStaff read the code directly off the screen — nothing needs to be printed.

As soon as the stores confirm the app pages, we will place direct download links in this block.

Scanner app

For door staff and managers

Entry to the venue under control

This is a separate ShowGo app, not the same one audiences use. It lives on the phones of the door team and does one job — letting everyone with a valid ticket into the hall quickly and without mistakes.

  • Reading from the screenThe phone camera recognises the ticket's QR code with no extra hardware.
  • Protection against re-entryA used ticket is refused by the system, even if the code has been forwarded to somebody else.
  • Speed at peak flowA check takes seconds, so no queue builds up at the door even right before the start.
  • Staff access onlyThe scanner is issued to venue and promoter staff for the duration of a specific event.

Where events take place

We work with halls of any size

Arenas in Tashkent, regional culture palaces, theatres and open-air sites — we work with halls across the whole country. The system handles complex seating and the rush of buyers in the first minutes after sales open with equal ease.

A large concert arena: a stage with a screen, a lighting truss, side screens and full stands
  • Stadiums and large arenas

Major tours and shows: several blocks, thousands of guests and a simultaneous sales launch.

  • Theatres and philharmonic halls

A standing repertoire, precise row-by-row seating and audiences who come back month after month.

  • Sports palaces

Matches and ice shows with stands, boxes and separate entrances for different sections.

  • Open-air sites

Summer festivals and concerts in parks: several stages, guests moving freely and entry open all day.

  • Congress halls and expos

Forums and business programmes where every attendee has their own sessions and their own badge.

  • Clubs and small stages

Stand-up, talks and club gigs for 50–500 people, with events turning over quickly.

We name specific venues and joint projects only with our partners' agreement. Tell us about your hall and we'll show how work with similar sites is organised.

Tashkent

Market leader in ticket sales in Uzbekistan

Most of the country's ticket sales happen in Tashkent, and here ShowGo.uz is the service promoters turn to first. The capital's biggest events go through our box office: visits by international artists, large arena shows, theatre premieres and city festivals.

  • Tashkent

Capital arenas, concert halls and theatres: this is where we sell the most tickets and launch the biggest events of the year.

  • Samarkand

Festivals, touring productions and events at the city's historic sites.

  • Bukhara

Concerts, cultural programmes and seasonal events for visitors and residents alike.

  • Namangan

Regional concerts and shows with tickets sold online and at the door.

  • Andijan

City venues, touring productions and sporting events with listings of their own.

  • Fergana

Events across the valley: concerts, theatre and family shows in local halls.

Promoters in other cities join on exactly the same terms — write to us and we'll open sales at your venue.

Group of companies

One team — five markets

ShowGo.uz is part of a group of ticketing services across Central Asia and Russia. The technology and artist relationships are shared, while sales and support in each country are run by a local team.

ShowGo.uz covers the Uzbek market, while events in Bishkek and across Kyrgyzstan are handled by Kassir.kg. A shared technical base lets a single tour travel through several countries without changing ticketing systems.

Every connection meets at one point: venues, promoters and outside services all work by the same rules.

Integrations

One channel for every connection

Rather than inventing a separate way of exchanging data with each partner, we run our own gateway. It sends and receives by common rules, so the next connection is a configuration job rather than a project of its own.

  • A common exchange protocolEvents, seats and orders are described the same way for every connected system.
  • A fast startConnecting takes days rather than months: the channel already exists, we just grant access.
  • Event and ticket dataEverything to do with listings, seats and ticket statuses passes through the gateway.
  • Flexible arrangementsWe match the exchange format to the task, from a simple listings feed to selling on the partner's side.
  • A single point of controlAll connections are visible in one place, so a failure never has to be traced through email threads.

Open API

Programmatic access to listings and tickets

When a partner needs to show our events on their own site or sell tickets inside their own product, there is an open API for it — no spreadsheet exports, no manual updates.

  • The event listA partner service requests the listings and receives up-to-date event records.
  • Schedules update themselvesA postponed concert or a price change is picked up without anyone touching it.
  • Seats, orders, statusesThe methods are built around ticketing: seating plan, hold, payment, refund.
  • Your design over our dataThe partner runs our listings on their own page, with their own layout, filters and logo.
  • Set it up and forget itThe exchange runs on a schedule; you never have to come back to the settings.

The set of methods, the keys and the limits depend on the scenario. Describe your task and we'll send the documentation along with a suitable way to connect.

Partner network

The platform promoters and venues trust

Ticketing operators, venues and technology companies that ShowGo.uz works alongside in Uzbekistan and neighbouring countries.

For partners and services

Connect ticketing to your own service

What a partner gets

  • An event catalogueThe list of events with dates, venues and prices is available to the partner on request.
  • Sales inside your own serviceSeat selection, payment and ticket issue all happen without leaving the partner's product.
  • Hands-off syncingSchedule and price changes reach the partner on their own; nothing needs reconciling.
  • To the user it is your serviceThe ticketing stays with us; the storefront and the brand stay with the partner.
  • A ticket without paperThe purchased ticket goes into the ShowGo app and opens from the phone screen.
  • Door control at the venueThe event team checks tickets on their own phones — no separate hardware required.

Two ways to connect

Terms and the order of work depend on the task. Describe it in the form below and we'll come back with a concrete proposal.

For promoters

Your event deserves a full house

A concert, a tour, a festival, a play or a match — tell us what you're putting on. We'll go through the venue, the dates and the pricing, and take the ticketing off your hands: from the sales launch to the post-event report.

  • The biggest concerts and shows in Uzbekistan are sold through our system
  • An audience that already buys tickets on showgo.uz and in the app
  • Manager, seating plan and sales setup — all on our side
  • We handle touring productions and local premieres alike

For volunteers

Big concerts are made by people

Pointing people to their block, helping at the door, backing up the team backstage — a big event does not come together without volunteers. Send us a note and we'll invite you to the next shift.

  • Work at concerts and festivals in Tashkent and the regions
  • A flexible schedule — you choose which events to take
  • A short briefing before each shift, with a coordinator on hand
  • Experience in the event industry and a team worth staying with

Questions

What people ask most often

If your question isn't here, write to us and we'll answer personally.

Ask a question

Sales for the biggest concerts and shows in Uzbekistan run through our ticketing system, and the country's leading promoters and venues trust us with their box office. This section is about the platform and the products; the tickets themselves are sold at showgo.uz.

At showgo.uz or in the ShowGo mobile app. Payment is made online by card and the ticket with its QR code arrives immediately — there is nothing to print.

Concerts by local and international artists, large shows and touring productions, theatre, sporting fixtures and festivals. The listings grow as promoters open their sales.

Fill in the form in the “For promoters” section and describe the event in two or three sentences. We'll go through the dates, the venue, the seating plan and the sales launch, then set the event up in the system.

Most sales come from Tashkent, but events are added across the country — Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana. In neighbouring countries the group's projects operate: Kassir.kg, ShowGo.kz and ShowGo.tj.

Tell us about your event

A couple of lines about the project and we'll come back with a proposal: when sales can open, how the hall is mapped and what to expect from ticketing.
